you may call or email your order. If ordering by mail we recommend you
call and let us know what you are ordering so we can make sure it is in

Return Policy

WreathsbySue takes pride in our products and services. While we strive for perfect product and delivery every time, we are aware that problems can occur.   WreathsbySue wants to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.If you are unhappy with any products you receive from us, you may return them undamaged, within 15 days of the day we shipped them, and we will gladly refund your purchase price, minus a restocking fee of 20% of the price of the item(s) returned. Shipping charges are non refundable. Returns must be done with approved authorization only, otherwise will not be accepted. You must ask for authorization within 5 days of receipt. All products must be returned in original packaging. To qualify for the refund, however, the products must arrive at our facility within 15 days of the original shipment and in the same condition we shipped it (ie.resellable as new, undamaged merchandise). Please repack the products carefully for the return trip to avoid damage in transit. If you believe there will be a problem with the product reaching us within the 15 day period be sure to contact our customer service to make special arrangements. Special order items are not included in this policy, they are non returnable and non refundable. WreathsbySue reserves the right to accept or decline any return. 

 

 

Exchanges

WreathsbySue does not offer exchanges on returns.

 

Shipping and Handling Charges

Most items ship within 4-7 business days. Most items ship via Fed Ex ground. If you need a faster shipping method please contact us and we will let you know of additional charges that will be applied to your order to allow faster shipping. Orders that are placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day.
